Our team facilitates dynamic workshops both in person and virtually that promise to leave you feeling empowered and engaged. These workshops can be personalized to suit your organization’s needs which can include:

Dillette and Benjamin help to curate interactive workshops and training that unpack systems of oppression and its impact on travelers, organizations, marketing, authenticity, and leadership.
- Webinars: Our team’s ongoing scholarship regarding DEI helps to center how empathy and care can work toward inclusivity. Our team focuses on the intersection of identities of difference (i.e., race, gender, accessibility.) within travel, hospitality, conferences/events; Equity and Inclusion in workforce development; Ways to collaborate on difficult dialogue; Inclusive pedagogical design, and learning the power of vulnerability.
